- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons MedGold Organic Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Boil the cubed potatoes until tender, then drain. Heat MedGold Organic Olive Oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the potatoes, chili flakes, and cilantro. Stir-fry until the potatoes are crispy. Drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
